Here’s one of the easiest and rather super healthy recipe that I like to call Spiced Edamame. Edamame as you might know, is just another fancy name for boiled green soybeans. And with just the right mix, they can be much yummier than they sound. It’s a quick snack that is being served at many Japanese or Asian restaurants around town and the best part is that it’s so easy on your tummy that you could just keep eating them. Oh, and did I mention about the health benefits of edamame?
A super easy recipe for one of the most healthiest snacks
- Edamame - 200 grams
- Olive Oil
- Rock Salt
- Chilli Flakes
- Step 1 Steam the edamame with rock salt in a sewer above a vessel with boiling water for about 7-8 mins.
- Step 2 Once boiled, heat a wok.
- Step 3 Add a little olive oil, garlic & chilly flakes and toss the edamame in the wok.
- Step 4 Serve in a plate & enjoy this super healthy snack!
